The 2021 World Archery Championships in Yankton, South Dakota, were a much-anticipated event for the archery world. On the final day of the event, the compound women’s team competition was particularly exciting, as the long-time rivals France and the USA battled for the bronze medal. This was enough to propel them into a tie for first place, with only a single point deciding the victory for the USA team.
The French team of Maeva Pavaux, Léa Marimoutou and Françoise Marceau were the clear winners of the bronze medal, thanks to their excellent shooting. They put on a masterful display throughout the competition, shooting well in all conditions and showing excellent teamwork. This was the key to their victory, as their excellent team coordination went a long way towards ensuring their success.
The bronze medalist for the 2021 World Archery Championships compound women’s team event is the French team of Maeva Pavaux, Léa Marimoutou and Françoise Marceau.
